Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch every order within 5 working days, however during busy periods this may be longer. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed we will communicate this to you through the email address provided at checkout.  

Currently orders can only be placed within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).  We aim to extend our delivery locations and will update this information on our website when we are able to do so. 

All orders will be dispatched to the delivery address that is specified by you so please ensure this is correct at checkout.  Cottage Interiors N. Ireland is not responsible for orders dispatched to incorrect delivery address.
